Position: Executive, HR & Finance
Location: Sylhet
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Days: 5 days a week (on-site, excluding Friday & Saturday)
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 BDT (may vary based on candidate quality)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Handle financial activities such as invoicing, budget tracking, payroll, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, attendance, and HR-related documentation. - Support the management team in developing and implementing strategies to align HR and financial functions with company goals.
- Collaborate with administrative and creative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events.
- Provide regular reports and creating P&L, Balance Sheets and relevant updates to management on HR and financial matters.
Required Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors in both English and Bangla.
- Organizational Excellence: Capable of managing multiple HR and finance-related tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Financial Proficiency: Knowledge of invoicing, budget tracking, payroll, and compliance with financial regulations.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee engagement strategies, and HR documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and their online versions.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or finance-related roles.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
