Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Sylhet (On-Site – Office)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week
Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:
Tent Communications is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications across social media, email, and other digital platforms. This role is key to ensuring that our brand voice remains responsive, friendly, and helpful—creating positive experiences for our audience online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), email, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage engagement on posts, comments, and inbox messages to maintain an active and positive brand presence.
  • Track and log customer issues or feedback using internal tools; escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align responses with campaign tone and messaging.
  • Monitor and report on digital communication trends, recurring issues, and overall customer sentiment.
  • Help maintain community standards and moderate inappropriate content on digital platforms.
  • Draft or update canned responses, support FAQs, and contribute to digital customer service playbooks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, social media handling, or digital communication roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in content moderation or basic social media analytics.
  • Knowledge of tools like Zoho Desk, Trello, Freshdesk, or similar.
  • Prior experience working in a marketing or creative agency setting.
