About the role: We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and driven Client Success Executive to join our team at Tent Communications. This isn’t a single-track role—you’ll be the person who owns the success of client initiatives across multiple marketing channels, working hands-on with everything from strategy and research to execution and reporting. What you’ll do:

• Manage and drive growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels for one or more clients—from planning to execution to results.
• Conduct in-depth research, competitor analysis, and market study using AI tools and traditional methods to inform strategy.
• Create polished presentations, reports, and documents using Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to communicate progress and insights.
• Handle day-to-day client communication and keep all stakeholders aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, tech, and content teams to bring campaigns and projects to life.
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, partners, and external stakeholders—negotiating when needed and building strong working relationships.
• Support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Stay organized across multiple projects using task management tools, meeting deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Adapt quickly to new assignments—whether it’s a new industry, a new tool, or a completely unfamiliar challenge.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in client management, marketing, business development, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Excellent English proficiency—both written and verbal. You’ll be communicating with clients and partners regularly.
• Strong analytical thinking—you can look at data, spot patterns, and turn insights into actionable next steps.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and comfortable creating professional documents and presentations.
• Skilled at using AI tools for research, writing, and productivity—you work smarter, not just harder.
• A natural communicator who’s comfortable across channels: email, LinkedIn, social media, and in-person meetings.
• A sales-oriented mindset—you understand what it takes to pitch, persuade, and close.
• Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders—from brand partners to content creators.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high sense of ownership.
• A challenge-first attitude—whatever the assignment, you’re ready to take it on and make it work.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), or marketing automation tools.
• Exposure to social media marketing, influencer campaigns, or performance marketing.
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams.

Salary & compensations:

• Salary: BDT 25,000 – 40,000+ per month, based on experience and skill level.
• Travel, mobile, and overtime allowances as applicable, per company policy.
