Working Hours: Monday to Friday (5 Days/Week), 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: BDT 40,000 to 60,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:
Tent Communications is looking for a sharp, driven, and highly capable Client Success Manager who can own client relationships from start to finish and turn every client’s need into a result. Whatever the client’s project is, whether it’s a social media campaign, an influencer marketing campaign, content production, or any other marketing challenge, you take full ownership, solve the problem, and see it through. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full client relationship, act as the main point of contact, and build strong, trusting partnerships across every account.
- Understand each client’s goals and translate them into clear plans and action, whatever the assignment or project.
- Take complete ownership of any client, any assignment, and any project, and drive it all the way to completion.
- Solve marketing problems proactively and find the smartest, most efficient path to the outcome the client wants.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, video, influencer, and performance) to deliver work that meets the brief and exceeds expectations.
- Keep clients updated with progress, reports, and insights, and manage expectations professionally at every stage.
- Use AI tools and modern software to work faster, sharper, and more efficiently.
- Track project and campaign performance, spot what’s working, and recommend improvements.
- Juggle multiple clients and projects at once without dropping the ball.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, project management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (this is essential).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to understand a client’s need and own the solution.
- Highly computer literate and comfortable across digital tools and software.
- Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to boost productivity and output quality.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, content, and paid campaigns.
- Client-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under deadlines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools for content, research, and workflow
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- Meta Business Suite or ad platform familiarity
