Position: Manager, HR & Finance

Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Working Days: 5 Days/Weekly
Location: Sylhet (If someone wants to relocate to Sylhet, they are encouraged to apply)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, finance, or a related field
Salary: 30,000 BDT to 50,000 BDT (May vary based on candidate quality)

Required Skills
- HR & Recruitment: Knowledge of hiring, employee engagement, performance evaluations, and company policies.
- Payroll & Finance Management: Ability to manage salary processing, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to handle employee relations and financial discussions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with HRM and financial tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or similar software.
Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave policies, and benefits.
- Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and team engagement activities.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive work culture.
Finance & Payroll Management
- Process payroll, track salary disbursements, and manage tax deductions.
- Maintain financial records, prepare expense reports, and oversee budgets.
- Assist in cost management and financial forecasting.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company HR and finance policies.
- Manage legal documents, contracts, and employee records.
- Work with management to improve HR and financial processes.
Additional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR, finance, or administration.
- Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to handle HR and financial challenges.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
