Position: Intern, Business Development
Location: Dhaka and Chattogram
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Days: 6 days a week (on-site, excluding Friday)

Required Skills:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with diverse individuals, vendors, and stakeholders.
2. Effective Negotiation Abilities
3. Research and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in competitive and industry research.
4. Digital Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (including online versions).
5. Pitching and Presentation Skills: Intermediate skills in pitching and presentations, with fluency in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients through various methods, including cold calls, emails, content marketing, lead generation, personal branding, and other sales channels.
2. Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
3. Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and presentations for prospective clients, crafting proposals based on specific client needs.
4. Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
5. Professionally manage client activities in the CRM system.
6. Ensure high standards of customer service through regular follow-ups.
7. Organize and manage virtual and in-person sales meetings.
8. Contribute to social media marketing plans, including copywriting, creating social posts, and participating in marketing activities, which may involve sharing posts on personal social media channels.
