Job Title: Executive, HR & Finance

Location: Sylhet (On-Site – Office)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days/Week). 11.00 AM to 7.30 PM
Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 35,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:

Tent Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations and basic financial processes. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions effectively—ensuring both our team and financial systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Handle basic employee queries and support internal HR communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Finance & Accounts:

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping and financial data entry.
  • Support invoice tracking, vendor payments, and petty cash handling.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for payroll and statutory filings.
  • Prepare basic reports for HR and financial reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
    (Candidates with a BBA degree will be given preference)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, finance, or administrative support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, and employee management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR/Finance tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience using Zoho Books, Zoho People, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with local & international labor law and regulatory compliance.
  • Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced work environment.
