Working Hours:  Sunday to Thursday (5 Days/week). 11.00 AM to 7.30 PM
Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:
Tent Communications is looking for a creative and detail-driven Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients’ social media presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands content trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices—and can turn strategy into results that drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate with design teams to ensure brand-consistent visuals.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to refine content strategy.
• Respond to audience comments and messages in coordination with the customer service team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand objectives.
• Analyze post and page performance regularly using analytics tools and create basic performance reports.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, stories, and platform-specific content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Bangla with a creative, brand-aligned tone.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or basic design tools.
• Knowledge of social media paid ads or boosting basics.
• Experience working with influencers, UGC, or community-driven content.
• Video content or reel scripting/editing experience.
