About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative Motion & Video Editor to join our team at Tent Communications. You’ll be responsible for transforming ideas and raw footage into engaging visual stories through video editing and motion graphics. If you have an eye for detail, love experimenting with visuals, and can bring concepts to life, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content for digital platforms.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Work closely with the creative and content team to execute ideas from concept to final output.
• Add sound, music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and motion design.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills matter more than degrees – if you’re talented, your educational background doesn’t matter.
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or motion graphics (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of color grading, sound design, and animation principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with social media content and ad creatives.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation or advanced motion design techniques.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Previous experience in a creative/marketing agency.

Salary & Compensation:
Salary: 30,000+ (Based on skills & experience)
