Job Overview:

Tent Communications is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive, Video Content who can turn ideas and raw footage into engaging visual stories. If you have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and motion, and you know how to make every second of a video count, we’d love to see your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animations, text effects, and visual transitions.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Add music, sound effects, and other elements that strengthen the story.
• Adapt editing styles for different brands and audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Stay updated with current video, motion, and social media trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing and/or motion graphics.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, Visual aesthetics, and retention editing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for generating video and audio content.
• Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and animation.
• Understanding of short-form content such as Reels and social media videos.
• Ability to take feedback, work with a team, and manage deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your work.
• Skills matter more than degrees. If your work speaks for itself, your academic background will not be the deciding factor.

Preferred Skills:

• Agency or digital marketing experience.
• Experience creating social media and ad creatives.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D animation
• AI-assisted creative tools.
