Location: Any of these (Dhaka/Chattogram/Sylhet)
Experience: 1 year experience in a relevant field.
Salary: 20,000 BDT to 35,000 BDT+ (May vary)

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to engage with influencers, creators, and internal teams effectively.
- Influencer Research & Outreach: Ability to identify and connect with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, deals, and partnerships with influencers and agencies.
- Content Strategy Knowledge: Understanding of how influencer content aligns with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), influencer marketing tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for campaigns.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Negotiations & Partnerships: Negotiate contracts, deals, and deliverables with influencers to ensure brand goals are met.
- Content Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators to ensure campaign content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and ROI, and present reports to management.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners to create long-term partnerships.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer trends, social media updates, and emerging platforms to optimize campaign strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, strategy, and social media teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
