Required Skills:
- Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator & relevant softwares.
- Intermediate knowledge and control over Artificial Intelligence.
- Aligned with trendy and contemporary creative designs.
- Fundamental knowledge on human/customer behaviours, tech & marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting creative solutions (static creatives and other form of static creatives for various goals; social media, campaign, brand guides, deck and so on)
- Consulting & communications with creative lead, servicing team, marketing team and managers to understand design needs.
- Generating original ideas, drafting illustration, sketches for creatives that meet brands’ and organizational needs.
- Introducing prototypes to brands and other stakeholders for feedback.
- Completion of work within the given deadline, and being able to deal with frequent changes.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadline, with teams & being proactive.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
- Undergrad (Minimum HSC passed/Undergrad running)
